I made sweet cones for 30 using haribos (I bought the half price ones) and marshmallows, cost me £15 inc fancy ribbon, sweets, patterned LARGE bags and they were jammed with sweets. I wouldn't spend £30 buying on ebay, they use cheap sweets and will be smaller.
